DNP, FNP-C, APRN, CNE, BSBAĀ is a family nurse practitioner, educator, and speaker dedicated to helping people optimize their health through evidence-based, root-cause, and preventive medicine. As Director of Medical Services at Vitalis Milk, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and nursing faculty at Montana State University, she is passionate about translating complex medical science into practical strategies that empower individuals and families. Her work focuses on metabolic health, longevity, women's health, neurocognitive wellness, and lifestyle medicine, with a mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible to rural communities and beyond.
